Contract Agreement for Joining CSC
This Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this ___ day of ______, 2025, by and between CSC ("Company") and __________________________ ("Participant").
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Requirements
a. The Participant must have an active social media account, with Instagram being the primary platform, for promotional purposes.
b. The Participant must provide a valid external contact email to ensure consistent communication, even if social media accounts become inaccessible.
c. The Participant must provide their full legal name and accurate mailing address for company records.
2. Participation Obligations
a. The Participant agrees to actively participate in one (1) live show per month, showcasing the product(s) provided by CSC.
b. Bi-weekly updates must be submitted to CSC regarding the progress of their grow.
c. The Participant must complete and submit provided forms every other day to document plant progress accurately.
3. Promotion Requirements
a. The Participant agrees to share all advertising materials and flyers provided by CSC on their active social media platforms.
b. The Participant must maintain punctuality and willingness to collaborate as an active member of the CSC community.
4. Confidentiality and Conduct
a. The Participant agrees to uphold the reputation and integrity of CSC by adhering to professional and ethical standards.
b. All materials and information provided by CSC must not be shared outside the scope of this Agreement without written permission.
5. Termination Clause
a. Failure to meet the obligations outlined in this Agreement may result in immediate termination of the Participant’s membership in CSC.
6. Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold CSC harmless against any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from their breach of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of __________________.
